Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.

Cooley Law School has agreed to host the Fall 05 MACS conference

Meeting may occur the 3^rd week in October to accommodate schools on both quarter and semester terms.

Scott recommended moving the duties of MACS directory coordinator to the store trustee. This position previously worked as meeting coordinator. The suggestion was tabled as will need to have membership vote to enact.

A motion was also made to provide laptops for the store trustee and treasurer so that data collected and worked on would be stored in a consistent manner and place. Again this was tabled for the November meeting.
