April 19

Blake moved to provide a $300 matching grant from the MACS Financial
Assistance Scholarship to Kathy Gregg from Lake Superior State University's Campus
Shoppe, to attend the NACS Collegiate Retailing Series: Textbooks & Course Materials.
Due to the lack of second, (and need for supporting documentation) motion died.

April 25

While the intricacies of completing a corporate credit card application on a
personal credit card application form were being negotiated, it was determined that the
two credit card monthly statements would be set up be mailed directly to the respective
treasurer responsible for paying those charges: the Regional meeting charges being sent
to Mr. Kuzak, and the regular meeting charges being sent to Mrs. Wilson.

April 27-30

Cleared up confusion about ôenrollingö Alumni members û revised the
Alumni Membership Application to reflect changes so board members could send it to
interested parties.

May 3

Motion by Blake, second by Lisa to reduce the amount of the second transfer of
funds from the general fund to the Regional Meeting fund from $5000 to $3000. Motion
passed.

Reminder email about the Spring meeting was sent to the membership at large
by the Secretary.

May 8

Motion by Blake, second by Brad to accept XanEdu (Campus Custom
Publishing) as a Vendor Member of MACS. Motion Passed.

May 10

Motion by Blake, second by Robbin to accept the Weber-Zitsman Co. as a
Vendor Member of MACS. Motion Passed.

May 14

Lisa reported on the 43 accounts that had not paid this yearÆs dues.

May 16

Motion by Blake, second by Brad to accept and approve the application for
$150 Financial Assistance from Grant Felmet of Monroe County Community College to
attend the Spring MACS meeting. Motion Passed.

May 18

Motion by Scott, second by Brad that the Campus Shoppe at Lake Superior
State University be granted a MACS matching funds award of $300 to send Text
Assistant Kathy Gregg to the NACS Collegiate Retail Training Series: Textbooks &
Course Materials. Motion Passed.
