VI. Call to Run - Robbin reminded the membership about the positive benefits of being a member of the board, and encouraged everyone to consider running for a position in the future.
VII. Mike presented the board approved motion to the membership to suspend the Spring 2002 meeting, so that members could better budget for the Fall regional meeting. By hand vote, motion passed overwhelmingly.
